These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of PROJEKTAID, a customer service management platform (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using PROJEKTAID, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

PROJEKTAID is a SaaS platform that provides operations management tools including project tracking, financial dashboards, bid management, equipment tracking, workforce management, and related business analytics. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PROJEKTAID shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You may export your data prior to account closure upon request.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of PROJEKTAID after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
